She has launched a non-profit, Yoga Blue, dedicated to studying and spreading the teachings to all and is in the process of becoming a state certified substance abuse counselor. | About the Class: |
| 11th Step Meditation is an opportunity to begin, grow, or cultivate your 11th Step practice. We start with a 10 minute gentle movement practice to open and relax the body, followed by a 20 minute seated meditation. Following meditation we read a selection about the 11th Step from the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions. The reading is followed by an open discussion for about 30 minutes. Feel free to share, or you may choose to just sit and listen. |
| The meditation is open to all who seek recovery. Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided. |
