Help of Ojai at Lulu Bandha's

| About Help of Ojai |
About Help Yoga Program |
| Help of Ojai is one of Ojai's most valuable resources. The non-profit group provides the infrastructure necessary to allow us to age in our own homes. |
Two different one-hour classes a week are currently being offered at $30 for 6 weeks. |
| From pick up services to hot lunches to activities, adult day care and hospice, Help of Ojai is a model for communities everywhere, offering a vision of full living late into life. |
| Help is currently in the process of developing the West Campus on the old Honor Farm on the corner of 150 and Rice Road. Steve Sprinkle is already out there farming. The Ojai Valley Land Conservancy, Ojai Raptor Center and the C.R.E.W. are also out there. |

| We also highly recommend studying with the following teachers: |
| Arturo Peal |
Arturo has lots of skills. One of Lulu Bandha's primary care providers, Arturo provides the space in which you can relax. One of the most grounded people we know, he is able to communicate the vibration necessary to touch the heart, yours and others. His trainings are listed on his website, www.bodystudies.com. He will be teaching at Lulu's in August and October 2008 and March 2009. |
