About Winifred
One Breath at a Time is a 75-minute yoga class uniting the eastern technique of yoga and the western philosophy of the 12 Steps as a tool for people in recovery. The flowing series of yoga postures will help the body recover from stress and abuse, clear and calm the mind, and allow some meditative quiet time at the end of class to reflect on one’s own spirituality.
Instructor Winifred Wilson has been practicing yoga for 10 years and teaching since 2004. She is active in the 12 step program and practices yoga regularly as another important tool in her recovery.
