connecting online
Part of the fun in learning how to communicate more effectiely is to employ new mediums and technology. The word "video" derives from the root, "vid" which is also the root of "vidya" which means clarity. In our Teaching Yoga, A Side, we require that yogis start a Blog. In B Side we experimented with making yoga videos and posting them online. In Jam Sessions, we will continue to explore how to use the medium of video to to share your message.
