Lulu Bandha’s is a supportive, nurturing yoga community located in the heart of downtown Ojai, California. Celebrating it's 6th year in March 2008, Lulu's is the love story of Kira and Eric Ryder. Like many people here, we were magically drawn to Ojai in April 2001. We laugh that we must have been asleep before moving to this amazing Valley because we have never felt so simultaneously supported and strongly pulled to open, unravel and expand. We feel blessed to get to live and grow in this special place. Hosting the Crib is our way of saying Thank YOU and share the joy, beauty and power of this Valley with our friends. It takes the entire Lulu Bandha's community to pull of the Crib and we are incredibly fortunate and grateful.
