Sciatica is a incredibly tricky condition to work with. The causes are many and finding relief requires diligent attention and a willingness to slow down and allow the healing to occur. Stress usually exacerbates the flare ups, relaxation often helps soothe the pain.

This sequence is not designed to heal your sciatica. It is designed to help you start to become more intimate with the locus of the pain. Through your vigilant attention, insight might occur and you will be guided appropriately.

Depending on the cause of your sciatica, you might be able to be relieved with the help of a good chiropractor or massage therapist. We recommend cranial sacrum therapy and seeing an Osteopath if possible. And sometimes the cause requires surgery. The pain is trying to communicate to you. Pay attention and listen.
