| 2. At time of sign up, you will be asked to create a username and password as well as enter your credit card information. As long as you cancel within 30 days of signing up, you will not be charged. |

| 3. Once your transaction is completed, you will login with your username and password. |

| 4. This will give you immediate access to a library of 75 and 90-minute classes that you can watch at anytime that is convenient for you. |

| 5. Classes are recorded live, but uploaded about a week later. Over the course of a month, depending on your subscription package you will gain access to 8 to 14 new classes a month. |

| 6. After 30 days, your credit card will be billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. |
