Refund Policy

Video Subscription

  • Before purchase, please make sure that you can watch the free videos. This will flush out any possible technical difficulties that you might encounter.
  • You may cancel your video subscription at any time. If you encounter technical problems within two weeks of purchase and together we cannot solve them, we will extend you a full refund. Otherwise, no refunds will be granted.

Class Cards

  • We ask that you use your class card within 90 days of purchase. However, circumstances change and things happen, so please just connect with us to discuss an extension.
  • If a class card was purchased and never used, you may transfer the credit to a friend or donate it back to our Yogi Scholarship Fund.
  • If a class card is partially used and no longer useful to you, you may transfer the credit to a friend or donate it back to our Yogi Scholarship Fund.
  • We can only extend refunds for class cards in extenuating circumstances such as sudden injury or relocation shortly two weeks after purchase and if the card has never been used.

Gift Certificates and Fundraiser Packages

  • If you purchased a class card at a fundraiser or received it as a gift, we cannot extend a refund. You are welcome to transfer your card to a friend or donate it to our Yogi Scholarship Fund.

Workshops

  • The Workshop Refund Policy does not apply to Ojai Yoga Crib Tickets.
  • All workshop requests must be received via email.
  • If it is more than one week before a workshop, we can extend you a full refund, minus a 15% processing fee or transfer the full amount to another workshop. We can also transfer your credit to a friend or our Yogi Scholarship Fund.
  • If it is within one week or less of the workshop, and we can transfer your workshop credit to another workshop or friend.
  • We cannot transfer workshop credit to class cards, Ojai Yoga Crib tickets or private lessons.

Ojai Yoga Crib

  • We will refund your Ojai Yoga Crib ticket minus a $25 processing fee up to October 1.
  • After October 1, we can transfer your Crib Ticket as credit towards next year's Crib or other Lulu Bandha's workshop or event.

Private Lessons

  • If you cancel 24 hours before the private lesson via email or cell phone of teacher, we will transfer your credit to a future private. You may also send a friend in your place.
  • If you cancel within 12 hours of the private lesson via email or cell phone of teacher, you will be charged 50% of the amount. You may be refunded the remainder or you may transfer the credit.
  • If you cancel within 2 hours of the private via email or cell phone of teacher, you will be charged the full amount.
