Schiffmann is a brilliant communicator of Yoga and his techniques are designed specifically to help you feel the Connection.  Around here, we refer to him as "papa", "swami" and "daddio."  He radiates Love and gently encourages you to do the same.

In this workshop, Erich talks about naming his style "Freeform," sharing the 3 main techniques.  He begins the practice with a seated meditation.  He shares his triangle pattern, cobra pattern and a few others.  The class ends with 10 minutes of freeform to a beautiful Donna de Lory song  So fun to do yoga with a group of yogis doing their own yoga!
