2.5 Hour Yoga Workshop with Kira Ryder.

Filmed Saturday Morning, October 25th at the Ojai Yoga Crib.

With a focus on grounding down through the legs, we play with the dance of diligent practice and surrender (Sutra 1.12).  Allowing ourselves to laugh at the cosmic joke that it takes practice to relax, tasting the effort of effortlessness.  Pattern plays with lunging, hammock, warrior 2 and horse moving towards side splits.
