As Yoga Teachers, we are practicing the communication of Yoga, which cannot ultimately be understood through words.
But in our efforts to clearly share the techniques of yoga, we can sometimes provide the opportunity to Connect.
When we can learn to speak from our own internal experiences and insights, we have our best shot at striking the clearest note. Our internal tuning, creates a resonance that allows others hear the harmony within themselves.
This workshop is designed to provide the space for you to drop more fully into yourself, which can be new and difficult. We will strengthen your confidence in your findings and facilitate the experimentation with the languaging. We are all in this together. Learning how to feel, trust and speak is beneficial for your students and absolutely essential for your Heart.
Tuning to the teacher within is an ongoing process of self discovery and investigation. |

| Part of the fun in learning how to communicate more effectiely is to employ new mediums and technology. The word "video" derives from the root, "vid" which is also the root of "vidya" which means clarity. In our Teaching Yoga, A Side, we require that yogis start a Blog. In B Side we will experiment with making yoga videos and posting them online. |
| |
Some of our graduates from A Side are already doing this. Check out Ashley Lowe's Vinyasa Sequence on YouTube. |
 |
| You can read Ashley and her sister, Sarah's Blog here. |
