thank you deirdre, for the encouragement and understanding! beauty does seem to be even more powerful when you create a relationship with it, doesn't it?? i recently created a new folder on my hard drive simply called "pretty" for collecting images i find beautiful. i used to collect stamps and rocks, now maybe i can think of myself as a beauty collector.
how amazing that you write from shillelagh (great name and it IS beautiful; i googled it :). i would so looooove to read about how you "relate to the beauty of life." what is life like as a yogini in enchanted ireland? please share!

I am loving your sensitivity and beautiful explorations on your blog - inspiring me to create a similar blog for myself - or perhaps just adding to this blog - to create a remembering for myself on what moves me in my life, and why it is that I just love the practice of yoga so much.
But mostly so that I don't become dry in relating to the beauty of life in this tender world.
