Homemade Granola

Lately I've been obsessed with baking granola. My new place has an oven, so naturally, baking feels new and fun. This recipe is inspired from a trip to Esalen.
Makes 4-6 Servings 3½ cups Organic Rolled Oats Pinch of Salt Blend dry ingredients, then toss with wet ingredients. Cook at around 275°F until the mixture seems toasted. Turn off oven and let sit in the oven until the mixture is dry and crumbly.

Oh!!! hooray! so happy to have this recipe, but somehow I doubt it will taste as good without your love infused into it.
