The main points of our meeting today were:
* Beginning to understand how the Autonomic Nervous System Works
* Begining to Map the Bony Landmarks in the Body
* Beginning to name some of the actions of the major joints and establish a common language
* Beginning to Look
* Beginning to Touch
Centering Practice
Supta Baddha Konasana or Sleeping Butterfly 
Details: A Rolled Blanket under each leg and optional blanket under head
Attention to breath at Heart Center, Between Heart and Navel and Lower Belly
 
Transition to Sukhasana
Forward Fold with Block supporting 3rd Eye, 5 minutes or so
Switch Legs and Repeat
 
Side Bending Both Sides 2x
Sit for a few moments

Tailbone Awareness (to know where it is and notice the Connection up through the Spine)
Shimmy x 2 (Referencing the Location of the Parasympathetic Nerves)

Rest in between Sides
