Since leaving training at approximately 5.20 yesterday afternoon, all I have been doing is working on ONE of the assignments: to relax when noticing you’re under fire. I’ve had ample opportunity to do just that, in fact, almost non-stop. A little situation that’s been brewing blew up right in front of my wide-open eyes. As upset as I was, I also laughed, thinking how perfect it is that I’ve been immersed in the very teachings of how to counter pose stress all day long. I can hear an internal kind, soft and clear energy that radiates “thank you” for these life saving instructions as well as the opportunity to practice it.
If I can really learn to relax, understand it, live it, and perhaps communicate it, then maybe, just maybe I’ll really be able teach this amazing thing called yoga.

I love it! This is something that definitely needs to be taught...and yes, that's just one more reason I find yoga so valuable. I agree with John...beautifully said Winifred! | |
