This will be our 11th gathering at Lulu's for the 10-day Teaching Yoga.
The Trainings are always exciting for me. Each one is unique. What gets presented always depends on who shows up and the questions we bring. And because we are a small school, there is room for individual exploration within the group.
Whenever we make an effort to explain what we do, it shifts. I can feel this starting to happen in my teaching right now. But the training is not just me talking. The training is a container to allow all of us to connect to the Source of the Teachings and explore the skills to express what we find.
In the past, I have recorded the days in my Teaching Yoga Blog. Since I have made the transition to our new Garden, I am going to experiment with recording the days here.
