Day 10: Saturday
We gathered from 1:00 to 5:00pm
I had a plan. I had a plan to sequence towards meditation in the interest of again showing how one might structure an asana class for a successful sit. I also wanted to look at headstand and cobra because there were some questions.
I arrived feeling like we were going to practice, but got moved to circle instead. And we ended up in a discussion that went longer and farther than I thought it might. This meant that we took a break at 2:30 and then when we came back at 3:00, everyone was flat.
I teach 2 classes on Saturday morning, so maybe it was me who was exhausted. And its always useful for "things to go wrong".
Discussion
- The mission of Lulu Bandha’s
- The purpose of connecting to the inner guidance
- Some reading materials
- Answering of various questions including:
-- How to work with another person energetically without taking it on
-- How to weave talking points into a class
-- How to approach privates
-- Questions about Yoga Therapy
