Yoga for Kids Teacher Training, Day 1

betsy stix is in town teaching her “Teaching Yoga to Kids” Workshop.  one of the best parts is that when we practice, she teaches us as if we were kids.

she assigned a lot of homework!

betsy shared a little bit about the world that kids are in and brought up the lack of frontal lobe development as a possible explanation for their lack of logical decision making.

betsy spoke of her experiences with thai yoga and kids.

we practiced feet and hands on each other.
she demoed back of body, but we did not have enough time to practice.
