A multi-morning practice at Crane Prairie, Oregon. Waking up with the ducks, dragonflies, rolling fish, butterflies and Osprey. A great place to center myself before the 'multi-car-camping' family awakes. Seated Grounding/stillness, Easy seat forward fold/side stretch, cat-cow, spinal-balance, child's pose-easy plank flow, easy side-plank flow, down-dog, forward fold, mountain-grounding/stillness, arms overhead flow + chair pose flow + forward fold-monkey flow + easy sun salutation flow, mountain-grounding stillness, simple lunge or warrior series, Down-dog, pigeon, all-4's cat-cow, staff pose/river, boat, butterfly, seated tree, seated twist, knees to chest, bridge flow, happy baby, lying twist, lying bliss.
Thanks Kira for the double flower gift-- the sun has been beautiful.
