At the Crib Ravi Ravindra made several references to the yogi's suggestion that Krishna is seated in the heart and that mischief occurs because we don't see this. Uncovering this Truth is the play in the path of yoga, and what a journey it is. I love Arjuna's response to Krishna in 'my heart is glad but my mind is afraid'.

Indeed sometimes it feels like that. So our practice today used breath, gentle movement and mantra to help relax the fearful mind so we could better 'see' our Krishna heart.
