so we dove in and played with the practice of Tonglen while offering ourselves to the postures
physical instruction was minimal and the words were mostly kept to helping guide the meditation practice

baddha konsasana

swan, 5 minutes

upavishta or frog, 5 minutes

sphinx or seal, 4 minutes

roll onto back
reclinging buddha to reverse prayer, 3 minutes
rest
repeat rb to rp
rest

eagle spinal twist, 3 minutes
rest
repeat twist other side
rest

roll up to sitting

sit, 20 minutes
