Reclining Buddha sequence:

-knee to armpit

-quad stretch

-hamstring stretch with strap

Knees-to-chest wobble

Windshield wipers

Eye of the needle & foot-flexing

 

Cat/cow

Plank

Down dog

Uttanasana

 

Shoulder rolls

Neck stretching and self-massage of neck

 

Tadasana

Half Surya Namaskar x 3

 

Salute with Hammock

 

Salute with Hammock, Roll to standing, Warrior II Dance x 3, Pyramid, Twisting Lunge

Step into downward facing dog (leg lifts and lengthening on each side)
