  • Draw Awareness/Breath from Muladhara to Root of Ajna thru Central Channel
  • Hold Breath and Allow Chin to Drop (Jalandhara Bandha)
  • Allow Prana to Pool in 3rd Eye
  • Allow throat to open, Exhale down to Muladhara
  • Rest
