Hi there! Established in March 2002, Lulu Bandha's is a community of blossoming yogis tuning into their own alignment. We are not committed to one particular style, rather we are interested in offering techniques that might help you relax into yourself.
 
Lulu Bandha's Yoga Home
Located at 306 East Matilija Street, Ojai, California is our studio. We offer daily classes for a wide range of body types, temperments and needs. We are a community yoga studio and our classes have evolved based on who shows up.

Lulu Bandha's Yoga School
School
We believe that the best way to learn how to teach yoga is to start teaching. We intentionally break our Yoga Alliance 200 hour nationally certified school up over the course of one to three years so that students enrolled can absorb the material at an appropriate pace, try new skills out in real settings and return with fresh questions. We believe in staying connected with our teachers and continuing our studies together.

Ojai Yoga Crib

We gather annually in October with yogis from around the world for the Ojai Yoga Crib. This year's dates are October 21 thru October 24, 2010.

Join us for a magical weekend with some of our favorite teachers including Erich Schiffmann, Uma Goswami, Saul David Raye, Jason Crandell and others in one of the most beautiful places on earth.
