The Crib is a yoga pilgrimage. Built on the rich Spiritual Tradition of the Ojai Valley, the yoga sessions, meditations, and evening events take place in some of the most historically significant and sacred spots in the Valley. Here is a selection of some of them from now and year's past.

Established in March 2002, Lulu Bandha's is a community of blossoming yogis tuning into our own alignment.

We are not committed to one particular style, rather we are interested in sharing and learning techniques that might help you and us relax into ourselves.

Lulu Bandha's is our yoga studio and school in Ojai, Calif. The Ojai Yoga Crib is our annual gathering in October. LuluVu is our online yoga video studio allowing us to connect more easily.
