about the training
Our time together will be a combination of practice and discussion. We strongly suggest that before the training, you make an effort to teach a yin yoga class. This experience will generate questions. Questions create the fertile ground for understanding.
In addition to covering the basics:
- Yin Yoga and Sitting Postures
- Ideas about Sequencing
- Modifications
- Roots and History of the Practice
We will also:
- Cultivate confidence in our experiences of the subtle realms though asana, pranayama and meditation practices
- Find descriptive language that feels natural and accessible to you
- Learn simple and effective techniques to easily reveal the subtle to new and skeptical students
- Map the Subtle and Gross Anatomical Models
- Weave Pantajali’s Yoga Sutras with the latest neurological discoveries

about our school
We believe that the best way to learn how to teach yoga is to start teaching yoga. The authentic inspiration to share and connect with others will naturally guide you.
We also know that deepening our understanding through trainings and workshops with yogis already on the path can help grow the heart, strengthen the confidence and connect you with a supportive community. Read More about Lulu Bandha's Yoga School.
