About Sweet Vinyasa Yoga
Sweet Vinyasa assumes a certain level of comfort with coordinating breath and movement and a familiarly with the basics of a vinaysa practice. The level of difficulty will vary from class to class and there are always options given. The emphasis is on diving in deep and uncovering one's own internal alignment.
