This 40 minute easy yoga sequence is the perfect counterpose to modern life's effort to curl us up in a little ball.
The practice offers simple techniques to stretch the hamstrings, side waist, quadiriceps and hips. We also open and strengthen the low back and abdominals. And we finish with gentle spinal twisting.

A wonderful practice! This 42 minute practice would be a perfect end of the day wind-down before bed. It is a low energy practice focussed on slowly opening up the body. Kira's voice is just so soothing and it fits the practice perfectly. I'll definitely be doing this one again!
