Help of Ojai, Tucker Adams and Lulu Bandha's
For the last 3 years, Alana Mitnick and I have been studying under Tucker Adams in the development of the Yoga Program at Help oj Ojai. We are so grateful to Tucker for taking us under her wing and providing us the opportunity to practice working with less mobile older bodies.
About Chair Yoga
Not everyone can get up and down off the floor easily. Do not let this stop you from making an effort to feel better or help someone you love feel better. Knowing how to start to open up and find some ease within our current constrictions is imperative. These clips just represent some of the possibilities which are endless.

As always, let us know how these work for you. Connect in and share what you are doing and help us deepen our understanding.

Thank you for these awesome chair poses!!!  They are a great way to transition back into yoga!!  I look forward to becoming more centered in life and spirit while stretching with you!  Thank you again!

Troubleshooting Video Playback Mischief

  • Download the latest version of Firefox and restart your computer.
  • Download the latest Flash Player.
  • A slow connection will affect video playback. Allowing the video to "load" before viewing can help smooth this out. Here are the steps:
    - Press "Play" and allow the video to roll for a few moments.
    - Then, press "Pause" and allow the video to "load" before hitting "Play" again.
    - You will know the video is "loading" as the bar to the right of the play button darkens gray.
    - This will also give you the option to scroll forward and back more easily.
  • Report Problem to the Help Duck.
