In this video clip, Paul Grilley shares the statistical fact that 80% of Westerners will suffer debilitating back pain in their life. He has a theory that it's cuz we do not squat. Squating works our ankles, knees, hips and stretches our low back.

    - Press "Play" and allow the video to roll for a few moments.
    - Then, press "Pause" and allow the video to "load" before hitting "Play" again.
    - You will know the video is "loading" as the bar to the right of the play button darkens gray.
