Loved this practice. Some really beautiful hip work - I loved the focus from the beginning of the class of relaxing the hip crease and accepting the body to it. Some great work on just knee to chest at the beginning sets this idea well. Also loved the work on seated forward bend using a blanket under the feet, knees bent and sliding forward. Another total gem!
A slow connection will affect video playback. Allowing the video to "load" before viewing can help smooth this out. Here are the steps:
- Press "Play" and allow the video to roll for a few moments.
- Then, press "Pause" and allow the video to "load" before hitting "Play" again.
- You will know the video is "loading" as the bar to the right of the play button darkens gray.
- This will also give you the option to scroll forward and back more easily.
this one gets stuck a few moments in at the left hip crease and won't continue on. meep :(
