About Soft Vinyasa

A moderately paced practice that introduces the student to linking postures together with breath. Intermediate postures are introduced. Builds strength, flexibility and concentration.

This class meets on Saturday Mornings at 9am and everyone is always in a great mood.

The group was extra magical today.  I felt so "unworthy" of being in the position as "teacher." There was an amazing feeling that I had nothing to share and I could just do my best to hold the space for the magic to flow.  Only one man in a sea of amazing women.

We focused on the relaxing of the sacrum and base of the skull and moved towards handstand.

Love your laid back approach while also adding a bit of anatomy.  I am a teacher and don't tell anyone...least I offend my other teacher friends but your classes are a favorite!  I relearn many things I have been taught and am able to teach it in a more approachable manner.  Thank you so much!Smile

Troubleshooting Video Playback Mischief

  • Download the latest version of Firefox and restart your computer.
  • Download the latest Flash Player.
  • A slow connection will affect video playback. Allowing the video to "load" before viewing can help smooth this out. Here are the steps:
    - Press "Play" and allow the video to roll for a few moments.
    - Then, press "Pause" and allow the video to "load" before hitting "Play" again.
    - You will know the video is "loading" as the bar to the right of the play button darkens gray.
    - This will also give you the option to scroll forward and back more easily.
  • Report Problem to the Help Duck.
