We play the relaxation of the front hip points that we have been working with for about a week now, but had not yet been introduced in this class. We play with the action in a few different standing postures.
The dharma talk weaves the Taoist Yoga Teachings of Mantak Chia:
"The gentleness in the kidneys creates kindness in the liver which strengthens the honor and respect of the heart, which supports the honesty and integrity of the spleen which upholds the justice of the lungs."
We weaved in the a brief overview of the Autonomic Nervous System and its relationship with the internal organs.
The main point of the practice was to continually notice that we have a choice to relax.
