Troubleshooting Video Playback Mischief
- Download the latest version of Firefox and restart your computer.
- Download the latest Flash Player.
- A slow connection will affect video playback. Allowing the video to "load" before viewing can help smooth this out. Here are the steps:
- Press "Play" and allow the video to roll for a few moments.
- Then, press "Pause" and allow the video to "load" before hitting "Play" again.
- You will know the video is "loading" as the bar to the right of the play button darkens gray.
- This will also give you the option to scroll forward and back more easily.
- Report Problem to the Help Duck.

Excellent practice. I have a huge fear of inversions, but this really went a long way towards breaking that down. The block set up at the wall was amazing, and I can actually see myself trying this with a spotter. It felt so much more supportive.
The only downfall to these classes is that when people gather around Kira to watch something, often the path from the camera ends up blocked, so you can't see the detail. It would be nice if it would be possible for people to leave that line free, but after all it is a live class!
