Only had time for the first 45 minutes but really enjoyed this. I loved the explorations of the breath in the front and back body and the suggestion that this could be used to assist with tight spots or alignment. I also loved the play of sitting cross legged and leaning back and rounding the back and rolling the hips out, and then trying to hold this external rotation as we brought the pelvis up and forward into a forward fold. Can't wait to have time to do the whole practice. My problem is I often don't have 90 minutes and so maybe miss the meat of the class.
