This helped me so much today. Exactly what I needed to be reminded of ... letting go and how constant this is.I have been holding on tightly to past experiences that echo in my life now. It is strange how difficult it is to let go and how we think we have..only to find again and again that we have not. Like an old friend...I hang on to them but they are long gone and I am left with an echo that serves no pupose other than to remind me to let go.

I do not write very often here. Thank you Lulu bandha. It is good to be here Now.
