Really enjoyed this practice and the work with the energy or prana. The practice had a nice balance of work on strength and great hip opening. I couldn't really take advantage of sirsasana practice at end because I haven't been able to figure it out yet, but will look for more beginner practices for this one. I love the way the practices open slowly and end with a nice long savasana instead of feeling rushed.
