Lulu's is 8 years old today!

We stay in the theme that we have been in for a few weeks.

Connecting with the earth element of the legs and water element of the belly and sacrum in standing postures.

Playing with turning them upside down so as we come towards Handstand, we feel the earth through our hands and the water of ease in our necks.

We play with partners against the wall in half handstand.  If you don't have a partner, practice on your own or rest during this part.

The main point is to feel supported and fluid and nourished and rich even as we get turned upside down.

Troubleshooting Video Playback Mischief

  • Download the latest version of Firefox and restart your computer.
  • Download the latest Flash Player.
  • A slow connection will affect video playback. Allowing the video to "load" before viewing can help smooth this out. Here are the steps:
    - Press "Play" and allow the video to roll for a few moments.
    - Then, press "Pause" and allow the video to "load" before hitting "Play" again.
    - You will know the video is "loading" as the bar to the right of the play button darkens gray.
    - This will also give you the option to scroll forward and back more easily.
  • Report Problem to the Help Duck.
