Jason Crandell Yoga Workshop at Lulu Bandha's
This footage is from a 3 Day Workshop in April 2007 at Lulu Bandha's with Jason Crandell.

In this clip, Jason Crandell opens the workshop with "Constructive Rest Pose." He offers, "I tend to think that things in the body, mond and emotional system are most open when they are most relaxed and supported." This posture is designed to allow soften the tissues in the legs as well as experience netural in the hip joints.

Please keep in mind that this is just a clip from a 3 day workshop, and not all topics presented will feel as flushed out as they were in the workshop. We highly recommend attending a training with Jason.

Workshop Description:
Creating Space, Ease and Stability in Your Hips

To be specific, you are going to mobilize the entire circumference of your hips while creating greater stability, strength, and awareness in your pelvic floor. You’ll get to do all sorts of fun poses—creating space and ease—and you’ll learn to move more effectively and efficiently by accessing your pelvic floor. You may even hear the phrase “moola bandha” once or twice…

About Lulu Bandha's Yoga School

Yoga_School

Established in March 2002, Lulu Bandha's is a community of blossoming yogis tuning into their own alignment. We are not committed to one particular style, rather we are interested in offering techniques that might help you relax into yourself.

We believe that the best way to learn how to teach yoga is to start teaching yoga. The authentic inspiration to share and connect with others will naturally guide you. However, we also know that deepening the understanding through trainings and workshops with yogis already on the path can help grow the heart, strengthen the confidence and connect you with a supportive community. We are a Registered Yoga School with the Yoga Alliance. Read more about Lulu Bandha's Yoga School.
