About the Workshop
When we learn to live in balance, the opportunity to receive and experience the life of our choice is at its closest. Through the ancient study of the chakras, this balance is made available to all. Harmony between the heart, the mind, the body, and the soul creates a direct path to manifest our dream into reality.
Chakra study is based on the bio-electric currents of the body, their flow, intersection, and generation. Like blood, there is a systematic movement that strengthens and facilitates health throughout the body; the healthier the flow, the healthier the person. Creating synergistic balance allows this flow to operate at optimum efficiency, increasing vitality and deepening the personal relationship with the self.

About Laura Tyree
We adore Laura Tyree. She is our sister in Florida and we were so happy to find her in 2008. Her easy open humor and generous continual sharing of herself and the teachings will both melt and inspire you at the same time.
Teaching since 1990, Laura Tyree's personal approach to the eight-limb path, japa and meditation practice, and the study of ayurveda, anatomy, physiology, and psychology all blend beautifully with her life experience and teaching skills. Introspection and sincerity along with her warm humor encourage students to utilize the practice to deepen their awareness, and to open to their unique beauty and strengths. Friday Night: Chakra Discussion
- Discover the roots of what you want.
- Learn basic information about chakras.
- Discover from your emotional expression, how to recognize where you are not in alignment.
Saturday Afternoon: Chakra Practice
- Exploration of the root of our internal holding.
- Balancing the chakras with asana (standing poses, twists, core work and backbends)
- Adjusting environment, food, and relationships to support the re-balance and empowerment of your life.
Saturday Evening: Chakra Practice
- Changing our perceptions of past conditioning
- Using the breath to manifest balance (Dhirge Pranayama)
Sunday Afternoon: Practice and Lecture
- Balancing the chakras with asana (mild backbends and supported inversions, pranayama, meditation)
- Aligning thought to experience Present Moment Awareness
- Create your own personal mantra to facilitate your desire coming to fruition
