A good friend of mine just had liver surgery.  She has a scar from below her navel to her breastbone.  I hung with her just before class and was inspired to bring attention to the internal organs and the Toaist Cycle of Creativy.


Opening:

The Deer, as known in Toaist Yoga
Pelvic Floor Exercises

butterfly, 5 minutes


Rest

 

swan, 5 minutes each side with rest inbtween


sphinx or seal, 4 minutes

childs pose, 2 minutes


lunge, 5 minutes each side with childs pose inbetween


twist, 3 minutes each side with long rest between and after


sit for 15 minutes
optional savasana, 7 minutes

Troubleshooting Video Playback Mischief

  • Download the latest version of Firefox and restart your computer.
  • Download the latest Flash Player.
  • A slow connection will affect video playback. Allowing the video to "load" before viewing can help smooth this out. Here are the steps:
    - Press "Play" and allow the video to roll for a few moments.
    - Then, press "Pause" and allow the video to "load" before hitting "Play" again.
    - You will know the video is "loading" as the bar to the right of the play button darkens gray.
    - This will also give you the option to scroll forward and back more easily.
  • Report Problem to the Help Duck.
