It was a SUPER hot day today.  Record highs.  The studio AC was working, so room was cool and relaxing. 


Baddha Konasana Shape with feet rubbing and Sen Channel Pressing

Side Opening

BK, 5 minutes
rest in wide seat

1/2 saddle or 1/2 frog or 1/2 butterfly forward fold, 3 minutes
rest in wide seat
repeat other side
rest in wide seat

swan, 5 minutes
rest in wide seat
swan other side, 5 minutes
rest in wide seat

sphinx or seal, 4 minutes

roll onto backs
knees to chest, 2 minutes

eagle spinal twist, 4 minutes
rest savasana. 1.5 minutes or so
repeat other side, 4 minutes
rest savasana, 2 minutes or so

transition to sitting

sit, 15 minutes
savasana or keep sitting, 5 more minutes

Troubleshooting Video Playback Mischief

  • Download the latest version of Firefox and restart your computer.
  • Download the latest Flash Player.
  • A slow connection will affect video playback. Allowing the video to "load" before viewing can help smooth this out. Here are the steps:
    - Press "Play" and allow the video to roll for a few moments.
    - Then, press "Pause" and allow the video to "load" before hitting "Play" again.
    - You will know the video is "loading" as the bar to the right of the play button darkens gray.
    - This will also give you the option to scroll forward and back more easily.
  • Report Problem to the Help Duck.
