topic of brahmacharya and the play of the internal energies

supine
windshield wiper
pelvic floor awareness to mula bandha application

swan, box or shoelace, 5 minutes
half lord of fishes with mb application, 2 minutes
rest w legs wide (begin gentle towards muladhara to ajna chakra exercise by moving awareness or breath up and down spin from tailbone to heart)

repeat other side
with legs wide, repeat exercise but adding tailbone to root of ajna

ground energy with mulabandha release technique
come to a seated position and
- play with suspension of breath/awareness at root of ajna
- eventually ad the head drop

sit for about 5 minutes

we shared and connected all along the way

forward fold of choice, 5 minutes

spinal twist, 5 minutes
rest
repeat other side, 5 minutes

supine pranayama
heart, wish tree, below navel

savasana

Troubleshooting Video Playback Mischief

  • Download the latest version of Firefox and restart your computer.
  • Download the latest Flash Player.
  • A slow connection will affect video playback. Allowing the video to "load" before viewing can help smooth this out. Here are the steps:
    - Press "Play" and allow the video to roll for a few moments.
    - Then, press "Pause" and allow the video to "load" before hitting "Play" again.
    - You will know the video is "loading" as the bar to the right of the play button darkens gray.
    - This will also give you the option to scroll forward and back more easily.
