My first yin yoga class. I began this after a 30 min walk so I thought I was ready to be still in poses.  I love Kira. Her dialogue is wonderful and varied, from Yoga Sutra to how the body works. She gives 3 choices for each pose with gradually increasing  difficulty.  I really wanted to do all three, progressing from least difficult to most. I missed gentle background music so much that I put my own on.  I quit watching when Kira said sit 15 min then lie down.   I was hungry -needed a dinner break. Maybe I shall come back to finish.

Troubleshooting Video Playback Mischief

  • Download the latest version of Firefox and restart your computer.
  • Download the latest Flash Player.
  • A slow connection will affect video playback. Allowing the video to "load" before viewing can help smooth this out. Here are the steps:
    - Press "Play" and allow the video to roll for a few moments.
    - Then, press "Pause" and allow the video to "load" before hitting "Play" again.
    - You will know the video is "loading" as the bar to the right of the play button darkens gray.
    - This will also give you the option to scroll forward and back more easily.
  • Report Problem to the Help Duck.
